What you will do

• Lead technical integration lifecycle from scope analysis to post-launch optimization for global payout systems.
• Serve as technical interface for key client stakeholders and internal teams, managing expectations and communication.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges involving data mapping, latency, and system compatibility.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and documentation.
• Analyze system performance using internal monitoring tools and propose improvements.
• Adapt to different time zones and travel occasionally as required.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Barcelona, Spain with hybrid work capability.
• English: Fluency required (B2 minimum).
• 3+ years experience in Technical Consultant, Solutions Architect, or Integration Engineer roles, preferably in Fintech, Payments, or E-commerce.
• Strong proficiency with RESTful APIs, Webhooks, JSON/XML data structures, and API testing tools like Postman or Insomnia.
• Technical literacy to read and interpret code/scripts for integration logic.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
