What you will do

• Develop customer enablement and education courseware covering hirify.global's open source and commercial solutions.
• Design complex scenarios and engaging hands-on material for diverse technical audiences.
• Deliver training and explain hirify.global solutions to customers, partners, and the public.
• Make independent decisions within broad parameters impacting projects and customer programs.
• Troubleshoot training platforms and guide other teams when issues arise.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
• Understanding of DevOps tools and methodologies.
• Expertise in containers, orchestration, Linux, or public cloud services.
• Knowledge of cloud ecosystem technologies (Cloud Native, CIEM, CNAPP).
• Proficient coding skills in Bash, Python, or Go and authoring YAML or Markdown content.
• 3+ years of experience instructing and breaking down complex concepts for technical audiences.
