Location: Remote option within Europe, with client-site opportunities.

What you will do
- Develop new business opportunities within EU Agencies and bodies relying on EC funding.
- Contribute to the strategic growth plan for the EU institutional market, identifying high-potential programs.
- Lead the development of the ARHS account plan for assigned Agencies, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline growth.
- Originate and qualify leads via networking, relationships, events, and market intelligence.
- Drive the full sales lifecycle from early qualification to closure.
- Secure and nurture long-term commercial relationships within your portfolio of Agencies.
Requirements
- Higher education degree in business, management, public administration, engineering, or related field.
- Extensive sales experience in IT services, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role.
- 5+ years of experience working directly with EU Agencies or EC-funded bodies, with deep understanding of procurement mechanisms.
- Strong and proven customer network within EU Agencies and/or EC Directorates.
- Solid track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Experience selling IT solutions such as cloud, application development, data platforms, and cybersecurity.
- Fluency in English; French or Dutch is a strong advantage.
