What you will do

• Build and maintain software components using Python.
• Develop backend services and APIs using FastAPI, Kafka, Redis, and AWS.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and accuracy of systems.
• Collaborate with other teams for microservices integration.
• Analyze root causes of problems and prioritize technical debt.
• Use LLMs to accelerate development process safely and robustly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Python.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of scalability, performance optimization, and distributed systems.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL or DynamoDB.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.

Nice to have

• Experience working with recommendation systems, machine learning models, or data-driven applications.
• Proficiency with CI/CD systems, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud environments like AWS or GCP.
