What you will do

• Directly manage, mentor, and guide QA team members.
• Assign tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Develop, oversee, and execute detailed test plans and test cases (manual and automated).
• Manage bug lifecycle, defect triage, and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Implement, enforce, and improve QA processes, standards, and documentation.
• Track QA metrics, lead continuous improvement, and advocate for QA needs in cross-functional discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA, with a focus on software testing.
• 1+ years of proven experience in team leadership or management.
• Strong understanding of QA best practices, processes, and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with a variety of QA tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and foster team collaboration.
