What you will do

• Develop and implement AI features and LLM-based components within the platform.
• Build and improve AI agents and automation workflows.
• Contribute to model fine-tuning, evaluation, and prompt-engineering tasks.
• Integrate AI services and APIs with existing system architecture.
• Optimize performance of models, pipelines, and AI-driven functionalities.
• Research and prototype new AI tools and approaches to enhance product capabilities.
• Monitor model outputs and user interactions to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and follow established best practices.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or backend/software engineering with AI exposure.
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) or open-source models.
• Understanding of NLP concepts, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma).
• Experience with building and integrating APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Basic knowledge of MLOps or model deployment workflows.
• English: B2 level or higher required.
