Location: Hybrid role based in Milan, Italy. Regular travel between Spain and Italy (at least once per month) is required.

What you will do

• Develop and implement a strategic PR plan for Spain & Italy, aligned with hirify.global’s mission and business goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key journalists, bloggers, and influencers, acting as the primary media contact.
• Create and oversee compelling content, including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
• Manage PR campaigns from concept to completion and report on key performance indicators.
• Manage relationships with local PR agencies, leveraging their expertise while retaining strategic ownership.
• Plan and execute PR events in both countries, such as station openings and press conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in PR and communications, ideally in renewable energy, tech, or transportation sectors.
• Proven media relations experience and a strong network of media contacts in Spain and/or Italy.
• Excellent communication skills: English (professional level), Spanish (near native), and Italian (near native).
• Willingness to travel regularly between Spain and Italy.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to campaign planning and exceptional storytelling skills.
