What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end platform processes, including onboarding, offerings, transactions, and dispute management.
• Ensure seamless onboarding for project developers and buyers in collaboration with the Commercial and Impact teams.
• Manage and optimize transactions, ensuring timely, error-free execution of carbon credit purchases and sales.
• Handle disputes between buyers and project developers and implement standardized dispute resolution processes.
• Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in platform processes and implement improvements for scale.
• Provide strategic insights to help guide platform enhancement based on operational data and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Recent graduate (bachelor's/master's) with outstanding academic achievements.
• Prior internship experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or another dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• An analytical and data-driven mindset, along with proficient Excel skills and experience in BI tools.
• Quickly adaptable to changing priorities in an evolving business environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Residing in Berlin or demonstrating a willingness to relocate to Berlin.
• Possession of a valid German work permit or eligibility to work legally within the European Union.
