What you will do

• Bring new hirify.global features to life and write platform components.
• Layout a design system and screens using Texture (AsyncDisplayKit) or SwiftUI.
• Work with Ruby/Python scripts and Fastlane, participating in Objective-C to Swift migration.
• Lead and grow the iOS professional community, fostering knowledge sharing and technical excellence, including organizing internal trainings.
• Define and promote best practices in architecture, development, testing, and CI/CD.
• Support hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and performance development of iOS engineers.

Requirements

• Leadership mindset and strong communication skills, including facilitating technical discussions and community events.
• 6+ years of experience in iOS development with deep understanding of modern iOS architecture and best practices.
• Proficiency in Swift.
• Strong understanding of iOS memory management.
• Proven ability to lead through active coding, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Experience in mentoring engineers and fostering knowledge sharing.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with AsyncDisplayKit or SwiftUI.
• Basic understanding of XCUITest framework.
• Experience with Fastlane or White Label applications.
• Understanding of Objective C.
