What you will do
- Own and lead the end-to-end RevOps strategy, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the CRO, shaping data-led decisions.
- Lead, inspire, coach, and develop the RevOps team.
- Optimize, track, and analyze key revenue metrics for reporting and decision-making.
- Own sales planning, including quota-setting and compensation design across revenue functions.
- Drive forecasting rigor and revenue predictability.
Requirements
- 4+ years of RevOps leadership experience in a high-growth SaaS or B2B marketplace.
- Proven track record of building and scaling RevOps functions from early stages (Series A - C).
- Deep experience with GTM strategy, revenue analytics, forecasting, and business planning.
- Clear communicator and influencer, comfortable with C-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret large data sets.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Valid working permit in United Kingdom.
