TL;DR

Head of UKI (AI): Leading all go-to-market (GTM) activities and shaping hirify.global’s growth strategy across the UK and Ireland, with an accent on building and scaling a high-performing Revenue organization and establishing market presence. Focus on developing multi-year GTM plans, driving revenue growth, and leveraging AI tools for productivity.

Location: Office-centric hybrid in London, UK. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Salary: £257,000–£302,000 OTE annually.

What you will do

  • Build a strong community of Customers, Partners, and Employees across the UKI.
  • Develop and execute the strategy for growth in the UKI, defining the territorial coverage model.
  • Lead Sales and matrixed teams to design and execute multi-year GTM plans for the region.
  • Hire, nurture, and develop top talent, building career paths and succession plans.
  • Act as a senior representative for hirify.global with C-level customers, prospects, and media.
  • Establish and operationalize playbooks to fuel pipeline and customer growth, providing product feedback based on insights.

Requirements

  • Over 10 years experience leading and scaling GTM teams across UKI and EMEA.
  • Experience scaling GTM organizations to approximately £100m.
  • Proven track record of driving growth across Commercial and Enterprise Segments.
  • Experience working in Product Led and Sales Led Businesses.
  • Operationally strong, able to independently build GTM, operating, and talent plans.
  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them.
