What you will do

• Design and run performance, load, stress, and endurance tests that reflect real customer usage.
• Identify performance bottlenecks across applications, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
• Partner with Software Engineers, QE, and DevOps to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance.
• Define performance benchmarks and success criteria.
• Analyze test results and clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
• Automate performance tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in performance and/or load testing for web-based applications.
• Strong understanding of modern application architectures (APIs, distributed systems, microservices).
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like K6, JMeter, LoadRunner, Locust, or similar.
• Experience analyzing metrics from logs, monitoring tools, or APM platforms.
• Solid understanding of how systems behave under load (CPU, memory, network, and I/O).

Nice to have

• Experience working with SaaS products at scale.
• Familiarity with cloud environments.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Experience with observability tools like Datadog, Rollbar, or Grafana.
