Salary: $160,000–$175,000 + benefits

What you will do

• Execute against hiring goals, partnering with infrastructure and product engineering departments.
• Serve as a company brand ambassador and first point of contact for candidates.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand and meet their hiring goals.
• Recruit top talent through sourcing on multiple channels and reviewing incoming applicants.
• Innovate on ways to attract and source world-class engineers.
• Identify process improvement areas and solutions within recruiting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience sourcing for Engineering and Product roles.
• Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates.
• Strong calendar management skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Greenhouse, Gem, Seekout, or other applicant tracking systems/CRMs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
