TL;DR

Compensation Analyst (HR Recruiting): Supports HR and Recruiting teams by serving as a compensation consultant, addressing compensation-related issues, and administering compensation programs. Focus on market compensation analysis, compliance with laws and regulations, and building a world-class HR infrastructure.

Location: This role is open to multiple locations in North America (including NYC, CA & WA).

Salary: $114,707—$168,237 USD (New York City), $100,943—$148,049 USD (California), $91,766—$134,589 USD (Washington)

What you will do

  • Advise HR Partners and Recruiters on compensation programs and concerns.
  • Triage compensation-related issues and serve as the first point of contact for the People Team.
  • Support compensation initiatives through ad hoc market compensation analysis and program administration.
  • Ensure compensation practices comply with federal and local laws and regulations.
  • Take on projects within the broader HR Operations function.

Requirements

  • Direct experience with Compensation programs, plans, and processes.
  • Consultative experience in the development and administration of compensation programs in the gaming, technology, entertainment, or media industries.
  • Experience with HRIS Technology, preferably Workday.
  • Experience with major compensation survey vendors, especially Radford.
  • Demonstrated intermediate Excel and/or Google Sheets experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and present effectively, with excellent listening skills, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to prioritize and deliver results on time.
