Product Designer (Fintech)

Salary: $100,000–$133,000 annually (base salary)

What you will do

• Lead projects through an end-to-end design process, including discovery, strategy, research, ideation, and visual design.
• Deliver solutions that prioritize great user experience while balancing company goals and ease of implementation.
• Partner with other designers to maintain and develop the design system.
• Participate in design reviews and regularly share your work with stakeholders.
• Understand technical constraints, user goals, and business requirements that shape the product.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to define optimal problem-solving approaches.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product design experience, especially on SAAS or metric-heavy tools.
• Experience doing user research.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to convert requirements, research, and design guidelines into user-friendly solutions.
• Ability to approach designs collaboratively and build strong cross-functional relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion.
• Competency in relevant design tools (Figma).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
