Lead Integration Consultant (Fintech)

TL;DR

Lead Integration Consultant (Fintech): Designing, building, and delivering integration solutions for the hirify.global Dimension system with an accent on technical design, client requirements, and system deployment. Focus on managing data portfolios end-to-end, seamless integration with diverse data sources, and leveraging technologies like XML/XSLT and SQL.

Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland). Requires 2 days in the office. Occasional remote work across Poland and international options are available (up to 24 days domestic, 20 days international per year).

Salary: Compensation ranges are being disclosed at the initial stage of candidate engagement. Base salary with annual bonus structure.

What you will do

• Design, build, and deliver integration solutions for hirify.global Dimension based on client requirements.
• Participate remotely in implementation projects globally.
• Gather, understand, and document client technical requirements.
• Collaborate with diverse teams, both onsite and remote.
• Share technical knowledge across the team and company.
• Prepare test cases and support System Integration Tests (SIT) and User Acceptance Tests (UAT).

Requirements

• Experience in implementation projects related to systems integration.
• Knowledge of the software implementation full life cycle phases.
• Experience with configuration, system testing, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Proficiency with data imports, transformations, and exports.
• Practical knowledge of XML/XSLT or other datatypes.
• Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of IBM WebSphere and MQ Series or alternative technologies.
• Ability to identify client requirements and propose technical solutions.
• English: Daily use of English required in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating financial IT systems.
• Familiarity with global standards for financial information (SWIFT, ISO20022).
• Knowledge or interest in investment finance and capital markets.
