What you will do

• Build intelligent agents that connect data silos via MCP, enabling LLMs to provide more accurate, context-aware insights.
• Dive into the AI chatbot by refining prompts, running A/B tests, and slashing hallucinations.
• Audit and clean up knowledge base articles so the LLM learns from only the best data.
• Tag, categorize, and structure unstructured content (docs, FAQs, PDFs) for better retrieval.
• Build simple scripts (Python, PowerShell) to automate data preparation or streamline workflows.
• Measure and iterate on model outputs, tracking accuracy, relevance, and speed, then recommend tweaks.

Requirements

• Current co-op student in Business Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, or a related field.
• Comfortable with Word, Excel, and SQL.
• Basic Python (or another scripting language) skills.
• A genuine curiosity about AI/LLMs and prompt engineering.
