Salary: $80,000–$120,000 USD

What you will do

• Create and maintain tools for merchandisers of global e-commerce brands on the Searchandizing team.
• Deliver new features for the Searchandizing dashboard.
• Improve system stability and scale solutions to better serve merchandisers.
• Enhance the product discovery experience for shoppers worldwide.
• Improve the onboarding process for new merchandisers on the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with backend development, especially with Python and Flask or similar web frameworks for building APIs.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as AWS-ECS and Cloud Watch.
• Experience launching, operating, and owning full-stack backend services.
• Familiarity with automated testing practices and CI/CD best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with React.
• Familiarity with frontend best coding practices.
• Experience working in remote environments.
