Salary: $80,000–$110,000 USD

What you will do

• Collaborate with customers to understand technical needs and guide them through the platform integration process.
• Provide expert support for API integration and open-source library usage.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and integration issues alongside customer success teams.
• Configure product catalogs including facets, searchability, and sort orders.
• Act as a liaison between customers and technical resources to ensure clear communication.
• Improve documentation of common issues and solutions to streamline onboarding.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer or technical support roles.
• Knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practices.
• Must be able to support customers and team members between 1pm and 8pm PST (UTC-7).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive issue resolution skills.
• Detail-oriented mentality with a commitment to exceptional support.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with structured data formats like JSON and CSV.
• Experience with debugging tools such as browser dev tools, Postman, or logs.
• Understanding of A/B testing, HTTP, and network request routing.
• Experience with JavaScript web application development.
