What you will do

• Develop and maintain relationships with the world’s leading media to ensure their attendance at events.
• Take ownership of content stages and tracks, becoming an expert on relevant media outlets and individuals.
• Utilize AI and data tools for maximum efficiency, maintaining immaculate records on Salesforce.
• Drive and convince world-renowned media professionals to speak at events or chair talks with high-profile speakers.
• Develop and execute comprehensive coverage planning strategies with top-tier media outlets and individuals before events.

Requirements

• Be a creative, confident, and articulate communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Be an adaptable and resourceful individual capable of working to tight deadlines under pressure.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking with a proven track record of planning, executing, and evaluating long-term activity.
• Possess strong knowledge of new media platforms and comfort in creating video and social media content.
• Be confident using AI tools and data to manage and focus your work.
• Have previous experience dealing with media, either as a journalist or in relevant PR or marketing functions.
• English: B2+ required
