Requirements

• Experience shipping multiple AAA titles as a Designer, with AI development experience in systemic environments (ideally shooter and PvP).
• 2+ years in a Lead Game Designer role, including managing or leading a team.
• Experience creating behavior trees and using visual scripting.
• Creative approach to surprising players with new ideas.
• Deep understanding of player motivations and empathy.
• Organized leader capable of planning personal and team work.
• Solution-oriented problem solver reacting quickly to changing project needs.
• Work authorization for North America (USA or Canada).
