Salary: $166,000–$244,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

What you will do

• Ensure the Gemini App delivers high-quality, reliable responses across all user segments and key user journeys.
• Serve as the primary Engineering PoC for various quality improvement initiatives.
• Analyze user pain points and behavioral data to refine the quality improvement roadmap.
• Prioritize engineering solutions by partnering with the Gemini Model team, PMs, and UX Research.
• Spearhead the development of response frameworks for safety-sensitive topics.

Requirements

• BS, MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working on LLM product, data or evaluation.
• Proven knowledge and experience of programming in Java, C++, or Python in production environments.
• Strong communication skills and a reliable team player.
