What you will do

• Work with a modern tech stack including ES6, ReactJS, GraphQL, and various testing frameworks in a distributed micro-services environment.
• Develop powerful and advanced algorithms at the forefront of innovation in travel tech.
• Leverage technical excellence mindset to code high-quality solutions through good design, attention to detail, and test quality.
• Actively participate in product definition and ideation processes within a fully agile organization using Kanban practices.
• Continuously learn and participate in workshops, hackathons, and other IT community events.
• Own and monitor the performance of product and technical OKRs.

Requirements

• Meaningful experience in a senior engineering role, driving technical work and staying updated on industry trends.
• Provide technical guidance for complex initiatives and deliver strategic technical improvements.
• Improve code structure and architecture, ensuring testability and maintainability.
• Successfully deliver projects with high complexity, involving multiple stakeholders.
• Effectively give and receive feedback, including code and architecture reviews, and mentor team members.
• Communicate complex ideas to technical and business stakeholders and establish organizational alignment.
• Constantly expand skills and knowledge through continuous learning.
• Fluent English level required to work in a multicultural environment.
