Salary: €3,447–€4,923 gross per month.

What you will do

• Manage interest rate and liquidity risk.
• Design funding strategies.
• Model client behaviour.
• Rotate across different teams within BSM for 18 months.
• Participate in technical and soft skills training and development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, Physics, Quantitative Finance).
• 0-2 years of work experience.
• Programming skills (preferably Python).
• Strong interest in banking, balance sheet management, and risk modelling.
• Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
• English: B2 required.
• Must reside in the Netherlands.
