What you will do
- Create a full communication map and dedicated DWH to drive data-led decisions for all non-digital channels.
- Design and launch a "Bring A Friend" program, adapting global best practices to local Colombian culture.
- Define and execute a cross-channel strategy (push, SMS, calls, robots) across the entire funnel.
- Identify opportunities within the existing base to drive sales of credit cards, debit cards, and insurance products.
- Design and run A/B tests to optimize conversion rates and communication efficiency.
- Start hands-on to set standards, then hire, mentor, and lead a team of 10-15 specialists as the business scales.
Requirements
- Strong mathematical or technical degree (MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, NSE or similar).
- Solid knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
- Analytical mindset, systematic thinking, and experience in hypothesis testing, experimentation, and validation.
- Strong SQL and Python skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Superset, etc).
- Ability to transform business goals into analytical solutions and frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with cross-functional leaders.
- English level B2 or higher required for effective collaboration with the international team.
