• 8+ years of experience driving AI and Data strategies in banking, fintech, and/or outsourcing sectors.
• Proven ability to lead high-performance teams.
• Align data strategy with business goals.
• Deliver measurable impact through innovation and governance.
• Mathematician / Statistics / Engineering with experience in Finance.
