What you will do

• Develop, implement, and optimize tracking concepts for websites and apps using tools like Google Analytics and Tag Management Systems.
• Analyze user behavior (click paths, dwell time, conversion rates) to identify optimization opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to continuously improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Build and maintain dashboards to visualize relevant KPIs and trends for various stakeholders using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Advise and train internal teams on tracking topics, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements (e.g., EU Data Act, GDPR) when handling user data and tracking technologies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in implementing and analyzing tracking and analytics solutions for digital products.
• Strong knowledge of common tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Tag Manager, Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience in designing, executing, and evaluating A/B tests.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience in building dashboards.
• Understanding of legal frameworks in data analytics (e.g., EU Data Act, GDPR).
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex topics clearly.
• Fluent business-level English.
