TL;DR

What you will do
- Create high-quality 3D assets, lighting, shading, and final renders using Cinema 4D and Redshift.
- Utilize Houdini for procedural modeling, simulations, and complex scene development.
- Build and maintain scalable workflows between Houdini, Cinema 4D, and Redshift.
- Execute strong look development aligned with brand standards and creative direction.
- Integrate 3D and VFX elements into live-action and editorial pipelines.
- Optimize scenes for performance while maintaining visual quality and clean project files.
Requirements
- Must be able to work 4pm-1am, Mon-Fri onsite in the Philippines.
- 3+ years of experience in the media or entertainment industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Cinema 4D, Houdini, and Unreal Engine.
- Deep understanding of Redshift lighting, shading, and render optimization.
- Proven hands-on experience with procedural modeling and simulation workflows.
- Strong understanding of 3D/VFX pipelines and asset management.
Nice to have
- Advanced Houdini FX work including Pyro, Vellum, and fluids.
- Experience with compositing tools like After Effects, Nuke, or Fusion.
- Familiarity with ACES color-managed pipelines.
- Technical scripting or workflow development skills.
- Background in motion design or animation.
