What you will do

• Direct and manage project development from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and resource limits.
• Define, communicate, and manage project scope, timelines, and milestones, while ensuring timely revisions to meet changing needs.
• Forecast, track, and manage project budgets, ensuring timely invoicing and effective communication of project information.
• Identify, analyze, prioritize, and mitigate project risks, serving as a liaison between the company and the client.
• Mentor project coordinators and team members, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
• Assist in the ongoing development of the Project Management Office, recommending improvements to project management policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 5-6 years of experience in IT project management.
• Experience managing mid-size to large projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and Waterfall methodology.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including reporting to leadership.
• Solid project delivery and deliverables tracking skills.
• Advanced level of English
• Willingness to work from the office on a daily basis
