What you will do

• Support internal and external communications, including monitoring and publishing content on social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and contributing to media plan execution.
• Prepare and adapt texts for publication and maintain the video content archive.
• Provide operational support for communication projects by tracking deadlines and coordinating content and production.
• Monitor reviews and mentions on external platforms to support brand reputation.
• Handle incoming requests and ongoing communications with journalists, partners, and speakers.
• Assist in the preparation of conferences and other events, including content, booths, and speakers.
• Analyze audience engagement and content performance for communications analytics.

Requirements

• Experience in communications or marketing in entry-level or assistant roles.
• Strong motivation for professional growth in communications.
• Strong written English skills with confidence in text work and comprehension.
• Experience working with texts in both Russian and English, including preparing, editing, and adapting content.
• Willingness to manage operational tasks, documents, and payment-related processes.
