What you will do

• Define and own hirify.global’s global PR strategy, narratives, and yearly roadmap.
• Build and maintain strong media relationships with top-tier, education, parenting, business, and tech media across priority markets.
• Oversee the development and distribution of press releases, contributed articles, and spokesperson management.
• Integrate PR with brand campaigns, building a steady flow of news, expert commentary, and thought leadership.
• Manage reputation by monitoring media coverage, sentiment, and emerging risks, including crisis playbooks.
• Define and track PR KPIs, providing insights that inform future storytelling, campaigns, and positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising & Communications, Journalism, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a Social Media and PR role, ideally with educational or technology brands.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a management role, leading international teams and catering for customers from more than 5 countries.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with native or perfectly fluent English (C1).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
