What you will do

• Assist in the Jira Cloud Migration Project by coordinating activities, updating documentation, and tracking tasks.
• Support software demand processes within the Digital Workplace landscape.
• Contribute to optimizing and automating processes across Digital Workplace tools like Jira, Airtable, and Figma.
• Support reporting and data preparation activities, ensuring alignment and communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Enrolled student or recent graduate (Bachelor’s or master’s level) in Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Business Informatics, IT Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured working style.
• Ability to communicate clearly and reliably in a professional, cross-functional environment.
• Interest in Digital Workplace topics, enterprise IT collaboration tools and processes.
• Hands-on mindset with a willingness to support operational and coordination-heavy tasks.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Basic familiarity with tools such as Jira, Airtable, Confluence or similar systems.
