What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and GenAI systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Work closely with software developers to integrate AI and data-driven modules into larger software solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis and model validation for AI/ML solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, AI engineering, or software development, with a proven track record of deploying machine learning models and AI solutions in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python, including frameworks and packages such as numpy, pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spacy, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
• Experience with GenAI techniques, including embeddings, vector databases, RAG, CoT/ToT, and LLMs.
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms (e.g., XGBoost), feature selection, resampling, and optimization techniques.
• Experience in applying ML for classification, document parsing, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics.
• Hands-on with cloud computing platforms like Azure or AWS, and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
