What you will do

• Develop and maintain a unified quality strategy, defining QA standards, processes, and tools across product lines.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, audits, and transformation programs, including driving AI-based quality and testing tools.
• Define, track, and report key quality metrics such as defect rates, release stability, and automation effectiveness.
• Support R&D managers and engineers, fostering talent development and capability growth in line with Quality principles.
• Audit software in a Linux C cross-compiler environment, ensuring code quality and adherence to industry standards.
• Oversee and review various testing practices (functional, regression, integration, performance, security, automated) and improve release stability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electronics & Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycles (Agile, Waterfall, IID) and ISO 9001:2015 or AS9100D requirements.
• 2-5 years of QA, Quality Engineering, or Software Testing experience.
• Advanced knowledge in at least 2 programming languages (e.g., Java, C++) and a good grip on Linux platforms.
• Ability to proactively identify technical and project risks (e.g., security vulnerabilities, poor scalability) and implement best practices.
• Very good written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• ATC/Aerospace Software Development frameworks experience based on ED109A/ED153/ED12C.
• Detail understanding regarding interoperability standards such as ED136, ED137, ED138.
• Experience with AI-assisted testing or ML-driven quality tools.
