What you will do

• Design and execute quality assurance strategies for cross-functional agile teams.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into clear test plans and quality measures.
• Test new features to establish functionality and effectiveness of software products.
• Create and improve various types and levels of automated tests (regression, API, integration, system, performance, security) for Cloud and OnPrem products.
• Foster a test-driven development culture and drive efforts to improve and extend test coverage.
• Identify, report, follow, and validate software non-conformities, performing root cause analysis.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or a related field, or comparable education.
• Advanced knowledge of software quality assurance processes and software development processes.
• Relevant experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies in a cloud environment.
• Conversational English skills required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HR or ERP software.
• German language skills.
