What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance backend systems supporting real-time hospitality operations.
• Take ownership of key features throughout the software development lifecycle, from technical design to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data science.
• Work with modern technologies such as Python, Django, Cloud Firestore, BigQuery, and Elasticsearch.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system architecture and code quality.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years' experience in backend software development within a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong proficiency in Python (or similar modern backend language).
• Experience building RESTful APIs or microservices.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure).
