• Drive traffic, engagement, and leads through content marketing initiatives, focusing on sales and customer retention.
• Collaborate across functions to develop and execute an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan.
• Create content that aligns with the hirify.global brand and meets the needs of sophisticated investors.
• Manage digital content hubs and social channels, including email and newsletter distribution.
• Measure and optimize content performance on an ongoing basis.
• Manage creative resources, including designers, writers, and external agency relations.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
• Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience.
• Editorial mindset with the ability to understand audience consumption habits and create engaging content.
• Ability to analyze and report on content and social performance.
• Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, and top social channels.
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders' priorities in a complex environment.
