What you will do

• Break down epics into technical tasks, enforce coding standards, reviews, and definition of done.
• Lead spikes/prototyping for PostgreSQL migration, sync engine components, and Form Engine parts, handle performance tuning and reliability patterns.
• Validate AI-generated documentation with human-in-the-loop and align with Architect on diagrams and APIs.
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA to ensure test readiness (pipelines, environments) and with Frontend for Angular v4/Kendo constraints.

Requirements

• 6+ years in .NET development, 2+ years as a Tech Lead.
• Strong knowledge of EF mappings, data migration strategies, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Familiarity with Angular (legacy constraints), testing strategies, and team mentoring.
