What you will do

• Develop new features for high-tech projects focused on business process optimization and automation.
• Analyze requirements and collaborate closely with cross-functional team members (FE, QA, TDM, BSA, Architect).
• Support existing functionality, perform refactoring, and resolve bugs.
• Take ownership of major project parts, building advanced features that meet technical and business needs.
• Design and implement solutions independently, contributing to system architecture for scalability and long-term goals.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on code quality, design choices, and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with .NET (6.0+ or .NET Core 3+ / C# 8.0+) in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of OOP design principles and patterns, and RESTful APIs.
• Enterprise experience in backend web development with .NET, Web API, and ADO.NET.
• Experience with SQL and no-SQL databases (MSSQL, Cosmos DB, Redis) and ORMs (Entity Framework).
• Understanding of the Web App lifecycle in different hosting environments, including security and error handling.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI technologies (LLMs - OpenAI or similar, Azure AI Search) and basic understanding of RAG technique.
• Experience in programmatic document manipulation (MS Office documents).
• Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and Microservices architecture.
• Experience working within an agile software development team.
• Experience in coding on other languages like Python or JavaScript.
