Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain. Additionally, 25 days per year to work from a city or country of choice.

What you will do

• Support QA in ensuring product quality, reliability, and performance through structured testing and continuous feedback.
• Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and document test cases.
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases, ensuring alignment with product and business objectives.
• Assist in monitoring, reporting, and tracking bugs using standard QA tools and workflows.
• Participate in sprint planning and review meetings to enhance test coverage.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and proactive with a keen interest in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products.
• Familiarity with software development and testing concepts, including manual testing and test automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify, document, and communicate issues clearly.
• Excellent collaborator and communicator, eager to learn from cross-functional teams and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
