What you will do

• Audit SDR & AE workflows to ensure adherence to playbooks, cadences, and lead & deal handling requirements.
• Monitor the correct usage of prospecting and CRM tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Lusha) and flag inconsistencies.
• Act as the quality gatekeeper for prospection and closing motions, ensuring alignment with operational standards.
• Ensure all leads and accounts are properly enriched, qualified, and segmented.
• Identify and escalate CRM data issues including duplicates, missing fields, and invalid contacts.
• Build and maintain QA scorecards and dashboards to track SDR process quality and analyze trends.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, ePrivacy) and internal governance policies.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Bring 2+ years of experience in Sales, SDR, Sales Ops, Client Acquisition, or Quality roles (SaaS background strongly preferred).
• Have an analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail.
• Enjoy coaching and giving constructive feedback.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment.
• Are a collaborative team player eager to work with Sales, RevOps, and Enablement.
