TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead and evolve the overall QA strategy across multiple teams, encompassing all levels of testing.
  • Promote automation-first approaches while optimizing manual testing efforts.
  • Maintain and enhance test environments, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Manage and mentor a group of QA Managers, each overseeing multiple product streams.
  • Define and monitor quality metrics (coverage, defect density, release quality, execution speed).
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership to ensure predictable and efficient delivery.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Quality Assurance, including 2+ years in a leadership role managing 50+ people.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling QA organizations: hiring, onboarding, mentoring, performance management.
  • Strong expertise in test automation: tool selection, framework setup, pipeline management.
  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD practices and automated testing integration.
  • Experience testing complex, high-load systems with frequent releases.
  • English — Upper-Intermediate+.
