Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (2 days in office, 3 days remote) with occasional remote work across Poland and international options (up to 24 days domestic, 20 days international per year).

What you will do

• Execute day-to-day contract governance by scheduling and running vendor governance with business and IT Operations.
• Monitor overall governance, participate in contractual meetings, and maintain all vendor and contract details in tooling.
• Ensure and validate that the ongoing service is delivered as per contract, serving as the point of escalation for issues.
• Manage the contract change process and liaise with process owners throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Support the Business and Contract Owner in all contractual matters and questions.
• Support pre-contract negotiations by defining and negotiating key contract deliverables and creating Vendor Management focused contract schedules.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing complex vendors and contracts.
• Broad understanding of Information Technology.
• Experience with outsourcing, regulatory compliance, and procurement contracts from FinTech.
• Structured, capable of organizing tasks, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in English with solid analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively implement projects and deliver services.

• Comprehensive experience from the Banking industry or a highly regulated environment.
