What you will do

• Lead technical execution, enforce coding standards, reviews, and best practices.
• Translate architecture into detailed technical tasks and guide the development team.
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and QA to ensure robust CI/CD pipelines and test readiness.
• Drive performance optimization, scalability, and security across applications.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in .NET development, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.).
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, data migration strategies, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Angular or React for front-end integration.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Background in financial or enterprise systems.
