TL;DR

IT Support Specialist: Providing day-to-day technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth operation of software and hardware environments across the organization with an accent on troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues. Focus on managing cloud-based productivity tools and supporting various operating systems in an on-site capacity.

Location: This is an on-site role based in our office.

What you will do

  • Provide first- and second-line IT support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues for employees.
  • Support and maintain Mac, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
  • Troubleshoot networking issues related to TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, VPNs, and Wi-Fi.
  • Manage and support cloud-based productivity tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack.
  • Administer user accounts, access permissions, and device provisioning/deprovisioning.
  • Monitor and maintain physical office IT infrastructure, including security systems (badges, cameras).

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Mac, Windows, and Linux environments.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, VPN, Wi-Fi).
  • Familiarity with cloud and SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, etc.).
  • Experience managing SaaS applications, user accounts, and access controls.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • This position requires working from the office.

Nice to have

  • Experience with device management tools (MDM).
  • Basic scripting or automation knowledge.
  • Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams.
