What you will do

• Design and build AI-driven chat experiences for hirify.global’s AI Assistant.
• Define, build, and scale next-generation AI solutions.
• Spearhead architecture and system design of frontend systems.
• Drive best-in-class performance, accessibility, and usability.
• Mentor FE engineering team and influence stakeholders.
• Set technical standards and ensure scalability.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience building and leading rich web applications at scale.
• Deep mastery of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Next, Vue).
• Strong background in team leadership, system design, and stakeholder influence.
• Portfolio of building robust, high-performance SPA/SSR frontends.
• Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
• English-First environment.

• Experience with A/B experimentation, international exposure, or travel/e-commerce products.
