What you will do

• Lead a team focused on building Legend’s next-generation trading experiences for web and desktop.
• Set and communicate a clear technical direction aligned with product strategy, holding a high bar for quality, performance, and maintainability as the product scales.
• Partner cross-functionally with design, product, AI, and infrastructure teams to enhance the core product experience.
• Enable expansion across new asset types, account structures, and geographies.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
• Aid in architectural decisions and foster a culture of high-quality code and engineering processes.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of engineering management experience leading product-focused engineering teams.
• Strong foundation in modern web engineering with deep experience in technologies such as React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js.
• Deep understanding of web architecture and best practices for building modular, scalable systems within large, evolving codebases.
• Proven ability to grow engineers across levels, through mentorship, feedback, and clear expectations that raise technical rigor and ownership.
• An execution-focused mindset with a strong passion for building and leading product-focused teams.
