What you will do

• Lead the development of advanced AI-driven solutions using data science, Language Models, and Generative AI.
• Design and implement scalable machine learning models.
• Drive experimentation and transform cutting-edge research into production-ready capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams for solution deployment.
• Apply deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), classification, and anomaly detection.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in data science, with a proven track record of architecting and deploying machine learning models into production.
• Proficiency in Python (including pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL.
• Proven expertise across the full software development lifecycle for machine learning, including API development and deploying containerized models.
• Deep understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, agentic AI architectures, and multi-step reasoning frameworks.
• Practical experience in operationalizing LLMs, including fine-tuning, evaluation, and integration into production workflows.
• Expertise in model interpretability, bias detection techniques, and delivering solutions that enforce strict governance and compliance standards.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with specialized agentic frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tooling, particularly Vertex AI and BigQuery.
• Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) or similar techniques for iterative model improvement.
