What you will do

• Provide operational support for Check Point firewalls, including incident and problem resolution.
• Deliver changes and technical guidance across Network Services.
• Contribute to audit, compliance, and vulnerability management activities.
• Maintain and update documentation in Confluence to support knowledge sharing.
• Manage backlog items in Jira and coordinate change scheduling through ServiceNow.
• Communicate effectively with business areas and support automation initiatives.

Requirements

• CCSE/CCSA certified or equivalent hands-on experience with Check Point firewalls.
• Strong understanding of network security principles.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments under strict change control processes.
• Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and contribute to compliance activities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Cisco networking technologies (including Cisco ACI).
• Scripting skills (e.g., Python) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Knowledge of regulated environments (e.g., Financial Services).
