TL;DR

Senior Cyber Security Engineer (AI): Leading security efforts and building robust infrastructure for AI models and agentic systems with an accent on designing offensive "Capture the Flag" scenarios and setting technical standards for deployed security practices. Focus on securing critical cloud-native environments, managing identity and access, and automating security processes within a cross-functional team.

Location: Hybrid working in London (2 days in office). Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC) and willing to work on-site with government clients from time to time.

What you will do

• Design and build sophisticated "Capture the Flag" puzzles to test the security of frontier AI models and agentic systems.
• Set technical standards for cyber security across business units, acting as a senior technical authority.
• Implement and secure cloud-native environments, managing identity, access, and logging across client deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into project delivery.
• Automate security processes, vulnerability management, and secure development lifecycles.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous security learning.

Requirements

• Solid software engineering background with a deep interest in security and strong Python skills.
• Hands-on experience with cloud security tools (Security Hub, IAM, WAF) and identity management protocols (OAuth2.0, SAML).
• Proven track record in vulnerability management and securing the application development lifecycle, including container scanning and automated testing.
• Creative and curious mindset for offensive security, ideally with experience in CTF exercises or red-teaming.
• Clear and persuasive communicator, comfortable acting as a technical advisor to clients.
• Ability to thrive on autonomy and ownership, defining best practices in an evolving domain.
